Taking a Nature Walk

I'm really excited to photograph birds, especially in flight. There's something captivating about capturing their grace and the challenge of getting the perfect shot while they're moving. Plus, each species has such unique colours and patterns that make for stunning photos. What about you? Do you have a favourite subject to photograph?

Photographers in nature face several challenges, I think. First, they have to deal with unpredictable weather which can change quickly and affect conditions for taking photos. Also, finding the right light is crucial and can be tough amidst natural shadows. Then there's the challenge of patience; capturing wildlife often involves lots of waiting to see animals in action. Lastly, maintaining ethical practices and ensuring the environment isn’t disturbed is essential but can be tricky when trying to get that perfect shot.

I'd prefer to use my phone for this activity because it's more convenient and always with me. While a professional camera offers better image quality, I think my phone is sufficient for casual shots and allows me to be more spontaneous. Plus, it's easier to share photos instantly on social media.

I'm planning to share the best ones on my social media to build my portfolio, and I'm considering submitting a couple to a local photography exhibition. It'd be great to get your thoughts on which ones stand out!
