What kind of dishes do you enjoy cooking at home?
جواب خوبیه:
I really enjoy making homemade lasagna. I love the process of layering the pasta with rich meat sauce and creamy béchamel. It fills the house with a comforting aroma, and it's always a joy to share with family and friends.
Have you ever tried cooking dishes from another country?
جواب خوبیه:
Yes, I have! I tried cooking a Japanese dish called okonomiyaki, which is a sort of savoury pancake. It was fascinating to experiment with the different ingredients like cabbage and bonito flakes. I found it quite challenging but really rewarding as well. It gave me a greater appreciation for Japanese cuisine and made me keen to try more recipes from around the world.
What ingredient do you think is the most important in cooking?
جواب خوبیه:
I think the most important ingredient in cooking is passion. With passion, every dish turns out special because you put your heart into it. Don't you agree, Sophia?
Do you enjoy cooking alone or with others? Why?
جواب خوبیه:
I tend to enjoy cooking with others, as it makes the experience more enjoyable and allows for learning and exchange of ideas. Collaborating in the kitchen often brings a sense of camaraderie and creativity, and it's delightful to share the outcome with someone who appreciates good food.
What do you hope to learn from this workshop?
جواب خوبیه:
I'm keen to learn some authentic Italian cooking techniques and how to blend flavours like a true chef. I also hope to gain confidence in preparing dishes from different countries, just like you do.
