What job do you want to do in the future?

I want to become a software engineer because I enjoy solving problems. When I was in sixth form, I made a simple calculator app, and that experience made me excited about coding. I also like working in teams, so I think this job will be satisfying.

What steps will you take to reach that career?

First, I will finish my undergraduate degree in computer science. Then, I will apply for internships at tech companies because gaining experience in the real world is important. Finally, I will do online courses to learn new programming languages, so I stay competitive.

What challenges do you think you might face?

One challenge could be the stiff competition for software engineering jobs. To deal with this, I will build a strong portfolio and network with professionals. Also, I will keep learning new technologies to stay up to date.

How will you celebrate when you achieve your goal?

When I get my first software engineering job, I will celebrate by taking a trip to Japan, because I love Japanese culture and it will be a reward for my hard work.
